Partners in Care’s vision is to see every individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities living their best life. Because we are a small agency, staff is available to guide you through every step of the process to become a part of our program.

Individuals with Disabilities

Partners in Care works to maintain an Individual Residential Services and Supports (IRSS) program that provides quality services to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Our approach is Person Centered, individualized to each person receiving our services.  We are committed to cooperation and teamwork as a basis for problem solving.  We work to ensure that all possible resources are directed to solutions and stability.

Host Home Providers

Partners in Care offers competitive pay, training and support to Host Home Providers. The Agency pays for QMAP training, CPR and First Aid, as well as the background checks required for providers.

The Agency offers ongoing support and team building events throughout the year. Partners in Care strives to provide homes in which Providers receive the support they need to nurture and care for adults with disabilities to help them reach their highest level of independence.
